In 1995 Hofbräuhaus Traunstein was one of the first breweries in Bavaria and in the country as a whole, to be DIN EN ISO 9001 certified. New ideas are constantly being developed: concepts for event gastronomy especially are being developed. Thus, the “Brewery guesthouse” has been created.
