Aroma-filled hops from our own hop fields in Halltertau, the largest hop growing area in the world. Clear spring water from our own springs in the Traunstein high mountain. Malt from sun-ripened barley in Bavarian fields and our own brewer’s yeast are our basic ingredients.

The brewing process itself has remained unchanged since the start of the art of brewing:
